Overview: Music That Feels Alive

The QR7 SE is designed for medium to large listening rooms and open-concept spaces where music needs room to breathe. It brings the weight of an orchestra, the impact of drums and the intimacy of a voice into a full-range presentation that balances authority with finesse.

At Sunny’s, we appreciate its combination of warmth, speed and musicality. Put on an album you know by heart, settle into your seat and listen for the texture of an acoustic bass, the decay of a piano note and the space around each performer.

• Flagship floorstanding loudspeaker in the Audiovector QR SE series.
• Three-way design with twin 8-inch bass drivers and a dedicated 6-inch midrange driver.
• Gold Leaf AMT 2 tweeter with S-Stop for open, smooth high-frequency reproduction.
• Specified frequency response of 23Hz–52kHz.
• Sold as one matched pair for stereo music or front left/right home cinema use.

Sound & Engineering

Deep bass with definition. Twin 8-inch Pure Piston bass drivers and Q-port bass-reflex loading deliver low-frequency reach while keeping bass lines articulate. In suitable rooms, the QR7 SE may provide the extension you want for two-channel listening without a subwoofer; your room, placement and listening preferences will determine the best approach.

Air and detail without an etched presentation. The Gold Leaf AMT 2 tweeter uses a precision-machined aerospace-grade aluminum fascia and a rose-gold-plated dispersion mesh that functions as Audiovector’s S-Stop filter.

Special Edition refinement. The crossover incorporates double-cryogenic polypropylene tin-flash copper capacitors. Cryogenically treated pure-copper internal wiring and Nanopore damping material support the design’s focus on clarity and resonance control.

Pure Piston drivers. The bass and midrange drivers are engineered for pistonic accuracy across their operating ranges, helping preserve transient speed and reduce distortion.

System Matching & Room Setup

The QR7 SE can anchor a dedicated stereo system or serve as the front left and right speakers in a home theater with matching Audiovector QR SE center and surround models.

With a specified 90.5 dB/W/m sensitivity and 6-ohm nominal impedance, amplifier selection and careful placement deserve attention. Tell us about your amplifier, room dimensions and listening habits so we can discuss a thoughtful system match rather than choosing from specifications alone.

Bring familiar recordings to your appointment. We can discuss amplification, sources and placement while you explore the QR7 SE’s scale, tonal balance and musical character.
