AudioQuest Blizzard XTRM

AudioQuest Blizzard XTRM powercord features luxury Mistral Series connectors with optimal clamping force for maximum performance. Mistral Series plugs, like the Storm Series connectors, are made of a thick layer of silver over red copper and beryllium copper.

AudioQuest Blizzard XTRM is even thicker than the AudioQuest Monsoon XTRM, so stiffer as well. The AudioQuest Blizzard is the successor of the old NRG-10, but is is a tad cheaper. Like the NRG-10 is is built completely from Perfect Surface Copper+ (PSC+) conductors, and it is the first cable in the new series that is fitted with a DBS module containing ‘Black’ level RFI suppression. Besides that it also has the familiar Ground Noise Dissipation System, a multi-layered shield that absorbs high frequency noise before it enters the conductors.

AudioQuest Blizzard powercord XTRM details:

• conductors: 100% solid copper PSC+ (perfect-solid copper)
• thickness of the conductors: 4 x 3.31 mm²
• braid: black and gray
• connectors: 15 Amp (C13) or 20 Amp (C19) IEC device plug

AudioQuest Blizzard XTRM comes standard with a 15 Amp (C13) device plug, but is also available with 20 Amp (C19) connector at no extra cost.
