The M3X2 is manufactured from 70+ parts and six materials, including two proprietary polymers, billet machined aircraft aluminum housing and polished black granite.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis unique design utilizes six materials to optimize stiffness, geometry, mass, energy dissipation, and mechanical impedance characteristics.  Each material is carefully selected for optimum performance and functionality. The M3X2 Isolation Base also uses four different proprietary HRS materials. The first two are inside the frame to prevent and eliminate internal noise.
